The latest TownPlace Suites hotel in Grand Rapids showcases CMS built millwork and casework. Millwork in the hotel’s “Hub Area” incorporates laminated divider wall paneling along with built-in cabinets. For the dining area, CMS built banquette seating with custom fabricated benches, quartz countertops and metal mesh toppers. Buffet storage and serving cabinetry have vertical sliding doors to provide a clean look for managing storage. Also featured in this space is a standalone American cherry laminated coffee ledge. At the front entrance of the hotel, CMS manufactured a custom reception desk with built-in signage and wall cubes. The hotel’s “In A Pinch” guest gift area, located off to the side of the reception area, includes custom-built cabinetry and locking display case. Custom casework is also found in the the hotel’s Fitness Center featuring cabinetry with a recessed water station.
